Magallanes Interchange – Installation of Finger-type Expansion Joint Project

The Magallanes Interchange, one of Metro Manila’s most vital road networks, underwent significant rehabilitation to ensure long-term structural performance and driving comfort for motorists.

Technocrete was commissioned to carry out the installation of Finger Type Expansion Joints, a critical component designed to accommodate thermal movement and structural deflection in bridge decks. The project involved the precise removal of the existing damaged joints, surface preparation, and installation of new Finger-Type Expansion Joints engineered to withstand dynamic loads and heavy traffic conditions. High-quality materials and strict adherence to DPWH standards ensured the durability, flexibility, and watertight performance of the system
